Our Children Programs
1- I Am precious workshop
The aim of this session is to raise children's awareness and equip them with prevention tools. Throughout the session, we use interactive activities to empower children to speak up and stand for themselves.
2- Anti-Bullying Awareness Workshop
The session aims to raise awareness on bullying and its consequences. Additionally, it aims to investigate the underlying reasons for bullying and its relation to self-worth. The session equips the children with practical tools to stand for themselves and others using role play and appropriate self-defense.
3- Healthy vs Unhealthy Relationships Workshop
The aim of this workshop is to consolidate the ability to set boundaries in relationships and differentiate between healthy and codependent relationships. It tackles the purpose and importance of relationships/friendships and how it shapes us.
4- Coping Mechanisms Workshop
This session aims to validate the children's struggles, approve their pain, and raise their awareness on how to understand their emotions. The session equips them with practical tools to build their resilience and teach them healthy coping techniques.
5- Gender Equality Workshop
The goal of this session is to raise children's awareness about gender equality and empower girls and boys to realize and take their roles in life. The session is built on the concept that “the soul has no gender” consolidating the essence of equal rights and opportunities believing that every individual has a unique capacity.
6- Identity Workshop
The aim of this session is to allow the children to explore their identity. The session allows children to realize their self-worth and that it is not driven from their possessions and appearance, but rather from their characters and passions.
7- Living for a Purpose
This session allows the children to share their thoughts and emotions and question the purpose of life. It also displays the essence of human identity and value-driven meaning.
